Group Dial Registration

The Fax/E-mail - One-Touch Dial Setting - Group Dial Registration win-

dow allows you to configure the following items:

Item Description

Group Dial Name Specify the name of the group dial.

Range: Up to 20 characters.

Default: [Blank]

One-Touch Dial

Index

Click to jump to the beginning of the one-touch dial list

within the same page.

Speed Dial Index Click to jump to the beginning of the speed dial list within

the same page.

One-Touch 01-09 Displays the list of registered one-touch dial numbers.

Select the check box on the left side of the list to add the

corresponding one-touch dial destination to a group dial.

Speed 001-020

Speed 021-040

Speed 041-060

Speed 061-080

Speed 081-100

Displays the list of registered speed dial numbers, 20 at

a time.

Select the check box on the left side of the list to add the

corresponding speed dial destination to a group dial.

Apply button Applies the configuration settings for this window.

Clear button Resets all configuration settings for this window to their

user defaults.
