Specifying Send PC-FAX Information
" Before sending a PC fax, make sure that the date and time in your
computer is correct. The system date and time display on all PC faxes
that you send.
Specifying a Fax Recipient
You must specify at least one fax recipient
-
the user and/or group to whom
you want to send the fax. When specifying a recipient, you can enter one-time
information and/or include one or more recipients from your Address List.

Item Function Description
1 Name 1. An one-time recipient name.
Note: one-time recipient will not be stored in address book list.
2 Fax Number 1. One-time recipient Fax Number.
Note:one-time recipient will not be stored in address book list.
3 Address List 1. Address book data list, include group and user data.
2. The Address List box display all recipients that you have set
up in your Address Book. You can include one or more
recipients by highlighting the name and clicking the [ > ]
button to add to the Destination List.
3. Selected names will display in the Destination List.
